Job summary

AndHealth is seeking a Provider Operations & Relationships Director to oversee the operational health of our provider partnerships in Columbus, OH. You will coordinate onboarding, track outcomes, and ensure seamless implementation across teams to deliver value for patients and partners.

You will collaborate with the Strategic Account Director and Patient & Provider Advocate, manage activity across multiple accounts, and drive process improvements while maintaining strong relationships with

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management, customer success, or operations in a healthcare setting.
• Experience managing multiple accounts with good documentation habits.
• Comfortable in patient-level conversations with practice staff and leaders.
• Cross-functional communication to keep all stakeholders informed.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implement partnerships, mapping workflows and gaps.
• Coordinate enrollment processes in the practice EHR with care teams.
• Maintain practice contacts and bespoke commitments in shared records.
• Monitor referral activity, enrollment pipelines, and account health.
• Produce quarterly performance reports for internal and partner reviews.
• Address patient- and process-level issues and escalate when needed.
