Charlie Health in the United States is seeking a Partnerships Account Manager to support the Partnerships team by ensuring top-notch patient experience and referral source experience for our go-to-market channels.

You will educate key stakeholders about our offerings, address access barriers, and design programs tailored to the mental health needs of employee populations, while coordinating with internal teams to optimize the referral experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or Healthcare fields.
• 1–2 years in operations, administrative, or data-entry roles (healthcare a plus).
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Design performance standards and metrics to ensure scalable operations.
• Evaluate and optimize pre-admission, in-care, and post-care workflows.
• Perform data entry tasks and ensure accuracy in systems and databases.
• Audit data quality and maintain documentation of processes and standards.
• Collaborate with admissions, clinical, growth strategy, partnerships, care experience, and compliance teams.
