Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management, customer success, or operations in healthcare or health services.
• Strong documentation habits and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Comfortable in patient-level conversations with practice staff and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding of partnerships, map workflows, and confirm commitments.
• Monitor referral activity and enrollment across partnerships; report and review performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain updated account records.
