Job summary

360 Legal is seeking a Partner Success Manager to launch, manage, and grow strategic partnerships across Beacon Nonprofit, SnapMailbox, and 360 Legal Forms. You’ll own relationships from onboarding through go-live and beyond, coordinating with Product, Engineering, and Sales to drive adoption and revenue.

The role requires 2+ years in partnerships or similar B2B roles, strong project management, and CRM experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in partnerships, account management, customer success, or related B2B role.
• Experience managing relationships through implementation, launch, and ongoing account management.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of newly signed partnerships from onboarding to go-live.
• Develop and manage partner launch plans with milestones.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and other teams.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned partners and maintain relationships.
• Monitor partner performance, engagement, utilization, and revenue.
• Conduct regular partner check-ins and business reviews.
• Identify opportunities to increase adoption and revenue across brands.
• Identify risks and coordinate resources to resolve issues.
• Gather partner feedback and share insights with internal teams.
• Maintain partner activity and status in HubSpot CRM.
• Develop scalable processes for onboarding, activation, account management, and growth.
