AtomicVest is hiring a Partner Support Engineer to own strategic, white-glove issue resolution for our growing partner base. You will triage production issues, debug integrations, and deliver precise responses within SLA.

In this remote-first role, you will work with Engineering, Partnerships, and Customer Support to resolve technical inbound requests and improve partner experience as the platform scales.

Formación

• 3–5 years in a solutions engineering/technical support role.
• Experience owning inbound technical requests against SLAs in B2B/platform context.
• Ability to read and debug API traffic, webhooks, and integration behavior without escalation.
• Hands-on with RESTful APIs, JSON payloads, HTTP status codes, and patterns.
• Webhook debugging: delivery, retries, signature verification, missed/duplicate events.
• Knowledge of API authentication (API keys, HMAC) and idempotency keys.
• SQL: write queries against PostgreSQL to trace records.
• Python scripting to reproduce issues and build tools.
• Log/search in Datadog or Splunk to trace requests across services.
• Ability to read backend Go code to understand platform behavior.
• Comfort with Git/GitHub for code/history.

Responsabilidades

• Own complex inbound partner requests on production issues and provide timely responses.
• Triage issues to determine config errors, documentation gaps, or platform defects.
• Assist non-technical internal teams with operational and integration-related issues.
• Read and debug API traffic, webhooks, and integration behavior; explain issues to partners.
• Identify recurring integration patterns and feed insights to Engineering/Docs teams.
• Manage increasing volume of partner support requests as the base grows.
• Improve internal tooling, runbooks, and partner-facing documentation.
• Collaborate with Partnerships to ensure smooth post-launch support.
