Job summary

AtomicVest in the United States is seeking a Partner Support Engineer to own strategic, white-glove issue resolution for a growing partner base. You’ll triage production issues, debug integrations, and deliver precise responses within SLA, serving as frontline support for complex inbound requests from partners.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in solutions engineering or similar role.
• Experience owning inbound technical requests within SLA.
• Read and debug API traffic, webhooks, and requests without escalations.
• Hands-on with RESTful APIs, JSON payloads, HTTP status codes.
• Proficient in SQL queries on PostgreSQL for tracing data.
• Python scripting to reproduce issues and automate checks.
• Log/trace search in Datadog or Splunk or similar tooling.
• Able to read backend Go code to understand platform behavior.
• Clear, precise technical writing for partner engineers under time pressure.
• Ability to prioritize across concurrent issues and meet SLA timelines.

Responsibilities

• Incident triage and issue resolution for production problems.
• Read and diagnose API traffic, webhooks, and integration behavior.
• Provide written technical explanations to partner teams under time pressure.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Partnerships, and Customer Support to resolve issues.
• Develop runbooks and self-service resources for partners.
