Job summary

AtomicVest Inc. seeks a Partner Support Engineer to join Solutions Engineering, owning white-glove issue resolution for a growing partner base. You will triage production issues, debug integrations, and deliver timely responses within SLAs.

With remote-first operations and US-focused locations preferred, you will read API traffic, assist with integrations, and collaborate across Partnerships, Customer Support, and Engineering to improve tooling and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in solutions engineering or technical support engineering in B2B or platform contexts.
• Proven ability to read and debug API traffic and integration behavior without escalation.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, HTTP status codes, and webhook patterns.
• Experience with API authentication and idempotency concepts.
• SQL queries against PostgreSQL to trace data.
• Python scripting to reproduce issues and automate checks.
• Familiarity with reading backend Go code to diagnose behavior.
• Strong technical writing for partner engineering under time pressure.
• Independent work, prioritization, and SLA management.
• Strong cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Own incident triage and issue resolution for partner requests.
• Triage issues to determine configuration error, documentation gap, or platform defect.
• Assist non-technical internal teams with operational and integration issues.
• Read and debug API traffic, webhooks, and integration behavior.
• Provide precise written explanations to partner engineering teams under time pressure.
• Identify recurring integration patterns and feed insights to Engineering and Documentation teams.
• Manage increasing volume of partner support requests as the base grows.
• Maintain and improve internal tooling, runbooks, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Partnerships to ensure seamless post-launch support.
• Work with Engineering to escalate genuine platform defects with clear repro steps.
• Coordinate with Customer Support on end-user issue workflows.
• Contribute to self-service resources and partner-facing docs.
