Job summary

Nebius is seeking an experienced Partner Solutions Architect to enable VARs and technology partners, align sales, presales, product, and engineering, and drive market-ready solutions on Nebius.

You will own technical partner relationships, define joint value propositions, and help scale partner-enabled deployments with repeatable architectures and clear success criteria. Strong collaboration across teams and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solutions architecture, presales or partner technical roles.
• Track record enabling VARs and technology partners with measurable outcomes.
• Experience building joint value propositions and taking partner solutions to market.
• Proven partner enablement programs and content adaptation for sales/engineering.
• Strong cloud architecture fundamentals across compute, storage, networking and security.
• Ability to coordinate across teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Develop joint value propositions combining Nebius with partner products/services.
• Collaborate on go-to-market plans, co-selling and customer presentations.
• Lead partner discovery, define PoC criteria and coordinate validation/deployment.
• Enable VARs to qualify opportunities and design customer solutions.
• Define joint solutions with software vendors and AI platforms.
• Translate requirements into actionable partner engineering plans.
• Track partner readiness and impact on pipeline and wins.
