Nebius is seeking a high-impact Solutions Architect to lead technical engagements with strategic customers worldwide. You will own presales, design ML/AI infrastructure architectures, and drive PoCs and production readiness.

As a core member of the Japan business team, you will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering, mentor others, and communicate across executive audiences in Japanese and English, while working remotely from within the Greater Tokyo area.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in senior technical roles with customer-facing responsibilities.
• End-to-end delivery of complex presales engagements from discovery to production transition.
• Deep hands-on experience with large-scale ML workloads, GPU training and inference.
• Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure and MLOps, Kubernetes-based platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) and Python.
• Deep understanding of GPU computing stacks and performance optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and executive audiences.
• Customer-centric mindset balancing needs, feasibility, and product strategy.
• Fluency in Japanese and English for multi-language customer engagements.
