Job summary

Nebius in New York is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer, Ecosystem, to design, build, and launch integrations with strategic partners. You will work with external engineering and product teams to create high-quality references, demos, and content for developers.

You will ship code, shape integration strategy, and influence product direction, helping Nebius become a core component of the modern AI agent stack. This is a hands-on role requiring strong autonomy and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience in partner-facing or developer-facing roles.
• Strong hands-on engineering with Python, APIs, SDKs, backend systems, and developer-facing integrations.
• Deep interest in the AI ecosystem and familiarity with the modern agent stack.
• Experience with building with LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, agent architectures, context engineering, and AI app frameworks.
• Experience with at least one major agent/LLM orchestration framework (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, CrewAI).
• Strong product intuition to design integrations that are easy to use and valuable for developers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across engineering, product, partner, and developer audiences.
• Ability to create clear technical content (docs, tutorials, demos, reference architectures).
• High autonomy, ownership, and comfort in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Based in New York City, or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with ecosystem partners, including model providers, agent frameworks, orchestration platforms, AI developer tools, ISVs, and infrastructure companies.
• Design, build, and maintain high-quality integrations for Tavily across the modern AI and agent stack.
• Create reference implementations, example apps, SDK samples, retrieval pipelines, agent workflows, demos, and templates.
• Collaborate with partner engineering and product teams on integration design, tradeoffs, launch plans, and adoption goals.
• Support technical partner conversations from early exploration through integration launch, developer adoption, and iteration.
• Identify opportunities for Tavily to be embedded in partner products, docs, and developer workflows.
• Translate partner feedback into product/roadmap input for Tavily’s Product and Engineering teams.
• Partner with Sales, Partnerships, Developer Relations, Product, and Engineering on launches and joint initiatives.
• Represent Tavily in partner reviews, workshops, conferences, livestreams, and technical content.
• Help build scalable ecosystem assets: guides, demos, playbooks, docs, tutorials, reusable examples.
