Job summary

Upsun is seeking a Partner Sales Manager, Systems Integrators to build and grow Upsun’s business with systems integrators and large digital agencies across North America. This is a quota-carrying role with a unique opportunity to shape a new category from the ground up.

You’ll target partners matching our IPP, sell to CTOs, senior developers and software architects, own the full sales cycle, forecast with discipline, and turn pilots into scalable programs with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling to or through system integrators, consultancies or digital agencies at SaaS, cloud or developer-tools company.
• Ability to articulate and demonstrate ROI to senior stakeholders (CTO, CFO).
• Comfort with pricing, commitments, and contracts and with procurement conversations.

Responsibilities

• Build the pipeline across North America using Upsun IPP and existing partners.
• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to signature with procurement and finance.
• Forecast with discipline and keep Salesforce accurate.
• Turn pilots into repeatable delivery programs with Solutions Engineering and Product.
• Grow the account by collaborating with Agency Partner Managers on renewals and expansions.
• Advocate for partners by feeding field insights back to Product to shape roadmap.
• Meet partners face to face: visits, roadshows, regional events.
