Job summary

Yelp is seeking a remote Partner Account Director 1 to cultivate relationships with SMB agencies, drive revenue, and manage cross-functional partnerships while reporting to senior management within Yelp’s Partner Sales division.

The role requires 5–8 years in agency/partner sales, strong knowledge of Yelp ads, and willingness to travel; candidates must reside in Pacific or Mountain time zones in the continental US.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years in agency and partner sales, business development, or digital sales.
• Familiar with Yelp’s advertising products, APIs, and channel programs in the industry (Google, Bing, Facebook preferred).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Extensive network in the tech industry from startups to established brands.
• Strong written, verbal communication, presentations, negotiations, and listening.
• Passion for Yelp’s products and partner programs.
• Flexible, startup-minded, dynamic, and self-motivated; team player.
• Willing to travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Foster strong relationships between Yelp and SMB agencies and their advertisers.
• Surpass sales targets by delivering new partner-driven revenue quarterly.
• Lead partnership and deal origination from strategy to pipeline development and growth.
• Create consultative sales presentations showcasing Yelp advertising products.
• Represent Yelp at industry events and advocate for the partner program.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth with new clients.
