M-Files Corporation seeks a Partner Operations Manager to optimize partner sales performance with strategic and operational leadership. This role bridges strategy and execution, aligning processes, data, and tools to enable the partner team to perform efficiently.

You will design scalable partner workflows, manage CRM systems, and support program governance while partnering across home and partner markets. Remote-enabled environment with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales Executive to deliver partner revenue targets and forecast cadence.
• Lead scalable partner processes and workflows.
• Develop and maintain AI-forward and agentic systems, processes, and reporting.
• Manage CRM and partner systems, ensuring data integrity and audit readiness.
• Support partner program development, MDF management, partner governance.
• Define partner territory planning, quota setting, and compensation models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in home and partner markets.
• Identify process improvements to boost partner and sales productivity.
• Work with Deal Desk and Marketing Ops to streamline Lead to PO processes.
• Provide insights from sales data and trends.
• Support partner recruitment, onboarding, scorecarding, and training.
• Ensure alignment between GTM strategy and operational execution.
