Job summary

M-Files is seeking a Partner Operations Manager to optimize the partner sales organization and align strategy with daily execution. You will streamline processes, manage CRM and partner systems, and ensure data integrity for audit readiness across the partner network.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to develop partner programs, MDFs, agreements, and governance while driving territory planning and compensation design.

Qualifications

• Experience in partner sales or operations is preferred.
• Strong data analysis and CRM management abilities.
• Ability to forecast, set quotas and analyze sales trends.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales Executive to deliver partner revenue targets, forecast, and QBR cadence.
• Lead design and execution of scalable partner processes and workflows.
• Develop AI-forward systems, processes and reporting.
• Manage CRM and partner systems; ensure data integrity, accuracy, and audit readiness.
• Support the development of the partner program, MDF management, partner agreements and governance.
• Define partner territory planning, quota setting and compensation models.
• Collaborate with Deal Desk and Marketing Ops to streamline Lead to PO processes.
• Provide insights from sales data and trends; assist partner recruitment and onboarding.
• Ensure alignment between GTM strategy and operational execution.
