Job summary

Fetch seeks a Partner Director to own outreach, proposals, and long-term strategic partnerships. You’ll drive complex sales cycles from initial contact through close, craft proposals, and build trusted executive relationships, while mentoring others and shaping AI-enabled selling processes.

This is a full-time role that can be based in a US office or fully remote across the United States, with base salary and OTE plus equity and opportunities to lead AI-driven sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of partnerships, sales, or related field.
• Experience in digital media, advertising, or consumer data.
• Strong organizational and execution skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising KPIs and how media solutions drive outcomes.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage with clients.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage high-profile prospects and represent Fetch at events.
• Drive thought leadership about Fetch and AI’s role in loyalty, commerce, and media.
• Generate revenue by converting partners into long-term strategic relationships.
• Independently articulate Fetch’s value proposition and ad products.
• Plan and grow accounts using AI to forecast performance and model investments.
• Interpret data sets and use AI-powered dashboards and tools to generate insights.
• Develop playbooks and onboarding tools to embed AI into Fetch sales processes.
• Develop AI-driven strategies to address complex sales challenges and opportunities.
• Forecast quarterly and annual book of business using AI-powered forecasting.
• Develop gap-to-quota plans with AI-generated forecasts and conversion insights.
• Manage Salesforce hygiene and pipelines to identify opportunities and risks.
• Coordinate with Industry Leads, Account Managers, and leadership on multi-stakeholder projects.
• Participate in hiring and shaping the partner manager team culture.
