Qualifications

• Experience in partner operations, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market operations.
• Ability to build repeatable processes, playbooks, and materials for sales/partnership teams.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with CRM data and partner metrics.

Responsibilities

• Build the partnership operating model with plans, maps, cadence, systems, and playbooks.
• Equip strategic sellers with context, maps, briefs, and reusable materials.
• Move OpenAI referrals forward with clear processes and owner accountability.
