Five9 is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to drive joint go-to-market with resellers and service providers in a remote role. You will design and run co-marketing programs, demand generation campaigns, and partner-led events, turning strategy into campaigns and pipeline.

Work with sales and product teams to develop toolkits, value propositions, and sales enablement, advocate for partners, and own partner-influenced revenue while delivering measurable ROI.

Formación

• 5+ years in partner marketing, channel marketing, or B2B marketing with resellers or service providers.
• Hands-on experience designing and running co-marketing and demand generation programs with partners.
• Experience planning and delivering partner-led events from planning to post-event follow-up.
• Track record of owning pipeline goals and reporting results; partner-influenced pipeline is highly recommended.
• Experience managing MDF or similar co-marketing budgets with approvals and ROI tracking.
• Collaboration with cross-functional sales and marketing teams to deliver partner toolkits and co-branded content.
• Familiarity with enterprise software, ideally CX or contact center tech.
• Hands-on proficiency with modern AI tools and applying them to marketing and partner programs.
• Strong relationship-building and communication; ability to manage multiple programs with several partners.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate on joint go-to-market plans with a focus group of partners and deliver marketing assets from planning to execution.
• Design and run integrated co-branded demand programs including digital marketing, webinars, ABM, and partner events.
• Build strong partner relationships and advocate for partner needs inside Five9.
• Drive partner-influenced pipeline and manage MDF planning and governance.
• Track program performance and adjust initiatives to improve ROI and revenue impact.
• Package messaging and content into partner-ready campaigns and tools for adoption.
