Job summary

Five9 is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to own collaborative marketing with reseller and service provider partners. You’ll create co‑marketing, demand gen campaigns, and partner-led events while managing MDF budgets and ensuring pipeline impact.

You will partner with cross‑functional teams to develop toolkits, value propositions, and enablement assets that accelerate partner success and drive revenue growth for a cloud contact center software leader.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in partner or channel marketing, with resellers or service providers.
• Hands-on experience designing and running co-marketing and demand gen programs with partners.
• Experience planning and delivering partner-led events from planning to follow-up.
• Proven ability to own pipeline goals and track partner-influenced outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and run collaborative co-branded demand generation campaigns with priority partners.
• Support joint go-to-market plans with partners to align goals and deliverables.
• Develop strong relationships with partner marketing and sales teams to drive campaigns and events.
• Track program performance and optimize based on pipeline impact and ROI.
