Job summary

Five9 is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to lead joint go-to-market efforts with a focus on resellers and service providers, turning strategy into campaigns, events, and pipeline.

You will design co-marketing programs, develop assets, enable partners with messages and playbooks, and advocate for partner needs across internal teams. This is a remote role with US-wide scope and focus on measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in partner marketing, channel marketing, or B2B marketing with resellers or service providers.
• Hands-on experience designing and running co-marketing and demand generation programs with partners.
• Experience planning and delivering partner-led events, from planning through post-event follow-up.
• Track record owning pipeline goals and reporting results; partner-influenced pipeline experience is advised.
• Experience managing MDF or similar co-marketing budgets, including proposals, approvals, and ROI tracking.
• Experience working with cross-functional sales and marketing teams to deliver toolkits and content.
• Familiarity with enterprise software, ideally CX or contact center technology.
• Hands-on proficiency with modern AI tools for marketing, content, and partner programs.

Responsibilities

• Support joint go-to-market plans with partners and focus group of resellers and service providers.
• Design and run integrated co-branded demand generation campaigns, including digital marketing and events.
• Develop strong relationships with priority partners and advocate for their needs internally.
• Drive partner-influenced pipeline and manage MDF planning and governance.
• Create co-marketing assets and partner-ready campaigns and enablement materials.
• Distribute partner-ready value propositions and sales enablement playbooks.
• Amplify partner success and customer stories in campaigns, events, and enablement.
