Job summary

Five9 seeks a Partner Marketing Manager to lead joint marketing with a focus on resellers and service provider partners. You will design campaigns, enable partners, and drive partner-influenced pipeline while collaborating with internal teams on toolkits and content.

You will manage MDF budgets, coordinate events, and ensure ROI across campaigns and partner-led activities. A strong track record in B2B partner marketing and remote collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or B2B marketing with resellers/service providers.
• Hands-on experience designing and running co-marketing and demand generation programs with partners.
• Experience planning and delivering partner-led events from planning through follow-up.
• Track record of owning pipeline goals and reporting on results; partner-influenced pipeline preferred.
• Experience managing MDF or similar co-marketing budgets with proposals, approvals and ROI tracking.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional sales and marketing to provide toolkits, value propositions and enablement materials to partners.
• Familiarity with enterprise software, ideally CX or contact center tech.
• Hands-on proficiency with AI tools and applying them to marketing, content, and programs.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills, able to manage multiple programs with several partners.
• Remote-work capable; Bachelor level or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and run collaborative co-branded demand generation campaigns with priority partners.
• Support joint go-to-market plans with resellers and service providers to align goals and deliverables.
• Develop relationships with partner marketing and sales teams through regular communication.
• Advocate for partner needs inside Five9 and translate feedback into initiatives.
