Job summary

Five9 is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to own joint go-to-market plans with a focus group of resellers and service provider partners. This remote role drives co-marketing, demand generation campaigns, and partner-led events while building strong partner relationships and ensuring enablement across teams.

You will manage MDF, track pipeline impact, and coordinate with sales and marketing to maximize partner success and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or B2B marketing with resellers or service providers.
• Experience designing and running co-marketing and demand generation programs with partners.
• Experience planning and delivering partner-led events, from planning through post-event follow-up.
• Track record of owning pipeline goals and reporting on results; experience with partner-influenced pipeline is highly recommended.
• Experience managing Marketing Development Fund (MDF) or similar co-marketing budgets, including proposals, approvals, and ROI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Support joint go-to-market plans with partners and align goals with marketing deliverables from planning through execution.
• Design and run integrated co-branded demand generation campaigns with priority partners, including digital marketing, webinars, ABM, incentives, and partner-led events.
• Develop strong relationships with priority partners and maintain regular contact with their marketing and sales teams.
• Act as the voice of the partner inside Five9 and advocate for partner needs to internal teams.
• Drive partner-influenced pipeline by setting goals and tracking performance; oversee MDF planning and governance.
