Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Partner Marketing Coordinator for the Americas to translate partner marketing strategy into flawless execution. You’ll own systems, logistics, and processes for a high-volume calendar of in-person events, virtual experiences, and multi-touch campaigns, with Salesforce configuration and post‑event follow‑up.

You’ll collaborate across teams, manage vendors and budgets, track attribution and ROI, and help scale programs with repeatable workflows.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in marketing operations, event coordination, or campaign management.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce, plus marketing automation tools such as Marketo or HubSpot.
• Experience managing vendor relationships, sourcing and negotiating with suppliers, and holding vendors accountable for quality and timelines.
• Clear written and verbal communication across internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications/Business or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure and launch partner marketing campaigns in Salesforce.
• Manage end-to-end logistics for Zoom-hosted partner events.
• Own the AMER Partner Marketing swag program.
• Maintain centralized budget trackers and process all purchase orders, invoices, and vendor payments.
• Build repeatable operational frameworks like calendars, trackers, intake forms, and SOPs.
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics including leads, deal registrations, pipeline influence, and ROI.
• Collaborate with Partner Marketing Managers, Channel Sales, and external vendors to ensure seamless cross‑functional program execution.
