Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Partner Marketing Coordinator for the Americas to transform partner marketing strategy into flawless execution. You will own systems, logistics, and processes for high-volume campaigns, events, and multi-touch programs across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.

You will configure Salesforce campaigns, manage budgets and POs, and drive post-event follow-up to close the loop on pipeline attribution.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing operations, event coordination, field marketing, or campaign management.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, including campaign setup, attribution, and reporting; familiarity with Marketo or HubSpot is a plus.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and sourcing with vendors to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Budget management, purchase orders, invoices, and financial tracking with high accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication across internal teams and external partners.
• Self-starter with initiative to build processes and improve programs without constant direction.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Configure and launch partner marketing campaigns in Salesforce with registration pages, campaign records, and accurate tracking.
• Manage end-to-end logistics for Zoom-hosted partner events (venue, catering, AV, swag, registration, attendees).
• Own the AMER Partner Marketing swag program, including inventory, ordering, fulfillment, and spend tracking.
• Maintain centralized budget trackers and process PO, invoices, and vendor payments across MDF/Zoom programs.
• Build repeatable operational frameworks (calendars, trackers, forms, SOPs) for scalable programs.
• Track and report metrics (leads, registrations, pipeline influence, ROI) with Salesforce attribution.
• Collaborate with Marketing Managers, Channel Sales, and vendors for seamless execution and post-campaign follow-up.
