Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Partner Marketing Coordinator for the Americas to execute partner marketing strategy with flawless execution. You will configure campaigns in Salesforce, coordinate Zoom-hosted events, manage swag and budgets, and drive post-event follow-up to close the pipeline loop.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing operations, event coordination, field marketing, or campaign management.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, and familiarity with marketing automation tools (Marketo or HubSpot) is a plus.
• Experience managing vendor relationships, sourcing and negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring quality and timelines.
• Strong budget management, purchase orders, invoices, and financial tracking accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Configure and launch partner marketing campaigns in Salesforce, including pages, records, tracking, and attribution.
• Manage end-to-end logistics for Zoom-hosted partner events, including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, registration, and on-site execution.
• Own the AMER Partner Marketing swag program, including inventory management and spend tracking.
• Maintain centralized budget trackers and process all POs, invoices, and vendor payments.
• Build repeatable operational frameworks such as campaign calendars, trackers, intake forms, and SOPs.
