Job summary

Crystal Equation Corporation is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator III for a remote, fixed-term engagement focused on partner marketing programs. You will traffic campaign deliverables, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, track timelines, and help produce partner-facing content, while staying aligned with the partner marketing team's strategy.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in marketing coordination or related roles.
• Proven track record coordinating multiple concurrent workstreams on deadline.
• Strong organizational and project-tracking skills.
• Clear, reliable written and verbal communication.
• Comfort with established processes and brand guidelines.
• Detail-oriented with dependable follow-through and adaptability.
• Experience using AI tools to speed up drafting, research, and reporting.
• Experience with common marketing tools and shared drives.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution & Trafficking: Coordinate the day-to-day execution of co-marketing campaigns — routing deliverables, tracking approvals, managing asset handoffs, and ensuring launch checklists are completed on time
• Workstream Coordination: Keep cross-functional workstreams (product marketing, events, comms, creative, developer relations) on track — scheduling working sessions, capturing action items, and following up to closure
• Timeline & Task Tracking: Maintain project trackers, calendars, and status dashboards; proactively flag risks, blockers, and slipping deadlines to the program owner
• Content Production Support: Help assemble, format, and organize partner-facing content (case studies, one-pagers, email nurtures, ISV integration guides, webinar decks) working from templates and briefs provided by the team
• Partner Coordination Support: Coordinate logistics with ISV partner marketing counterparts — scheduling, sharing assets, tracking joint deliverables — under the direction of the partner marketing lead
• Event & Webinar Logistics: Support the operational execution of events, technical webinars, and developer workshops — registration, run-of-show, vendor coordination, and post-event follow-up
• Reporting Support: Compile campaign performance data, update recurring reports and dashboards, and prepare readouts for the program owner to review
• AI-Assisted Execution: Use AI tools in daily work — drafting first-pass content, summarizing research, and speeding up reporting — to increase throughput and turnaround speed
• Documentation & Coordination Hygiene: Keep shared drives, trackers, and program documentation clean, current, and easy for the team to navigate
