Crystal Equation Corporation is seeking a Program Manager III to orchestrate cross-functional planning, execution, and operational delivery for incentive programs and marketing science initiatives. You will coordinate stakeholders, track milestones, and produce clear communications to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

• Experience in program or project management supporting cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to navigate fast-paced, matrixed environments with incentive program experience.
• Marketing science experience including measurement concepts and data-informed decisions.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for documentation and status updates.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Support program planning and day-to-day execution across multiple workstreams, including timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution
• Coordinate with internal cross-functional partners to align on requirements, scope, deliverables, and success metrics
• Drive program operating rhythms and maintain documentation
• Monitor program performance and communicate progress, risks, and mitigation plans
• Partner with analytics and marketing science stakeholders to translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Contribute to process improvements by identifying gaps and implementing scalable workflows
