Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a highly organized Partner Marketing Coordinator to support execution of AI/ISV co-marketing programs. This fixed-term engagement focuses on trafficking deliverables, coordinating cross-functional workstreams, tracking timelines, and producing partner-facing content.

You'll thrive in a fast-moving environment, manage multiple workstreams, and apply AI tools to research, drafting, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing coordination, project coordination, or campaign operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills with trackers, checklists, timelines, and status updates.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to follow up and inform stakeholders.
• Experience with AI tools for drafting, research, and reporting is a plus.
• Comfort working with established templates and brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day co-marketing campaign execution, routing deliverables, approvals, and asset handoffs.
• Keep cross-functional workstreams on track by scheduling sessions and capturing actions.
• Maintain project trackers, calendars, and dashboards; flag risks and blockers.
• Assist in assembling partner-facing content from templates and briefs.
• Coordinate logistics with ISV partner marketing partners, share assets, track deliverables.
• Support event and webinar logistics, including registration and run-of-show.
• Pull campaign performance data and prepare readouts for the program owner.
• Use AI tools to speed up drafting, research, and reporting.
• Keep drives and documents clean and navigable.
