Job summary
the company is hiring a Lead Solutions Architect to own our most complex enterprise relationships in the DACH region, working remotely from Germany. You will be the technical and commercial face, delivering demos and rapid prototypes with AI-assisted development.
You will mentor SAs, shape regional best practices, and collaborate with product teams to influence long-term customer success. Strong cloud and data landscape background is essential.
Qualifications
- Fluent German and business-level English.
- Substantial experience in technical pre-sales across full sales lifecycle.
- Ability to drive technical and business conversations with C-level executives.
- Hands-on coding ability in Python and SQL.
- Daily, fluent use of AI tools in your own work.
- Able to vibe-code a demo with AI assistance.
- Hands-on experience running proofs of concept on at least one major public cloud.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex enterprise accounts with custom requirements from first technical conversation through to production.
- Deliver demos and pitches to budget holders and C-level stakeholders.
- Turn customer conversations into working prototypes fast using AI-assisted development.
- Mentor and develop Solutions Architects with Field Engineering leadership.
- Build the company's technical presence in the DACH market through customer-facing collateral, workshops, meetups, and conference talks.
- Develop and roll out best practices and repeatable processes across the region.
- Establish close working relationships with internal SMEs, product teams, and leadership.
