Job summary

Alpega is seeking an Account Manager to own, grow, and strengthen regional European accounts in a remote-capable role with a DACH focus. You will develop tailored strategies to maximize customer value, drive revenue, and manage complex logistics relationships across Europe.

You will travel to visit clients and collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales and Customer Success to deliver compelling demonstrations, renewals, and expansions, while ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B SaaS enterprise sales or account management.
• Ability to build and nurture long-lasting executive-level relationships.
• Willingness to travel to client sites across Europe (DACH focus).

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of regional customers across one or more European markets.
• Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals.
• Lead the full commercial cycle from opportunity identification to closed-won.
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Customer Success to deliver demonstrations and positioning.
• Forecast and manage pipeline for the account portfolio.
