Coterie is seeking a Partner Account Executive to drive growth and expansion across a portfolio of distribution partners. You will own strategic plans, expand production, and strengthen long-term relationships with agency principals, brokers, and leaders.

Responsibilities include managing forecasts in Salesforce, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and conducting regular business reviews to identify opportunities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or related field.
• 5+ years in commercial insurance sales or partner management.
• Proven revenue growth and partner expansion track record.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategic growth plans for assigned partner accounts.
• Drive premium growth, partner engagement, and market expansion across assigned relationships.
• Build and maintain relationships with agency principals, brokers, producers, and partner leadership teams.
• Conduct regular business reviews with partners to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Identify opportunities for increased adoption, cross-sell, and expanded product utilization.
• Collaborate with Partner Success Managers to ensure high-quality partner support and issue resolution.
• Monitor partner performance metrics including production, submission growth, engagement, and retention.
• Conduct training, education, and enablement sessions for partner teams.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management within Salesforce.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Insurance, and Revenue Operations teams to support partner growth initiatives.
• Identify at-risk partners and develop action plans to improve engagement and retention.
• Represent Coterie at industry and partner events as needed.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and proactive relationship management.
