Job summary
Coterie Insurance is seeking a Partner Development Manager to activate and grow low or non-producing distribution partners across the U.S. You’ll drive adoption, coordinate onboarding, and design growth initiatives to embed Coterie into partners’ workflows and sales strategies.
You will run outreach campaigns, educate partners through webinars, monitor engagement trends, and collaborate with Partner Success Managers to move accounts toward strategic growth, aiming for measurable boosts in
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, marketing, insurance, or related field.
- 2+ years in sales development, partner development, or account management.
- Experience working with agents, brokers, or distribution partners.
- Experience in outreach, activation, or customer engagement.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Experience creating business planning initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Drive activation and engagement across low and non-producing partner accounts.
- Conduct outreach campaigns to increase partner activity and product adoption.
- Support onboarding and training for new and developing partners.
- Identify opportunities to improve submission activity and engagement.
- Monitor partner engagement and production trends.
- Collaborate with Partner Success Managers on development strategies.
