Job summary

Yelp is expanding its Partner Sales team and seeks a results-driven Partner Account Director to accelerate growth with SMB agencies and advertisers. You will nurture senior-level relationships, origin deals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale revenue in a high-growth environment.

You’ll own the end-to-end partner lifecycle from strategy to pipeline development, with a consultative approach and an ability to translate product value for agency partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in agency and partner sales, business development, or digital sales roles.
• Familiar with Yelp's advertising products, APIs, and channel programs in the industry.
• Demonstrated history of achieving sales targets in previous roles.
• Extensive network of contacts within the tech industry.
• Strong communication skills across written, presentations, negotiations, and listening.
• Passion for Yelp's products and consumer internet offerings.
• Self-motivated team player with startup mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Access to reliable high-speed internet; occasional travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Foster strong, collaborative relationships between Yelp and SMB agencies and advertisers.
• Consistently surpass sales targets by delivering new partner-driven revenue each quarter.
• Lead the partnership and deal-origination process from strategy to pipeline development.
• Create compelling sales presentations showing how Yelp's advertising products engage consumers.
• Represent Yelp at industry events as an advocate and spokesperson.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth with new clients.
• Develop and maintain partner relationships to achieve goals.
• Analyze agency structures and identify key decision-makers and budget holders.
