Human Interest Inc. is seeking a proactive Partner Account Manager to engage and develop key accounts across the United States.

You will accelerate partner relationships and build scalable referral networks with tech, HCM partners, brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in SMB markets. The role requires a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication skills and a penchant for solution-oriented collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building, developing, and maintaining relationships with tech/HCM partners, benefit brokers, CPAs and financial advisors in SMB space.
• Proven track record of quota-driven sales success.
• Independent, self-motivated contributor with strong communication and adaptability.
• Able to travel and operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, build, and amplify referral relationships with tech partners, HCM partners, brokers, CPAs and financial advisors in SMB space.
• Create and build strategic referral networks focused on lead generation and new partnerships.
• Identify and resolve issues by collaborating across Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance.
• Collaborate with Partner Marketing on initiatives to promote partner sales (events, emails, webinars).
• Work with partners to set business goals and metrics to drive GTM strategies and demand-gen activities.
