Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP is seeking a remote Partner Business Manager to act as a trusted adviser to partners and drive end-to-end revenue and profitability. You will align with HPE strategies, collaborate with partner ecosystems, and coordinate programs to accelerate joint success while visiting partners within the Denver area as required.

The role requires 8+ years selling in partner ecosystems, strong C-suite engagement, and the ability to manage complex joint business plans.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of selling experience within the partner ecosystem at end-user account or partner level.
• 5+ years of working in partner space.
• 5+ years of experience hunting new business and developing existing business, including selling to C-suite.
• 5+ years of presenting to medium to large audiences, including C-suite.
• University or Bachelor's degree; advanced degree or MBA preferred, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted adviser to the Partner and develop beneficial relationships aligned with HPE priorities.
• Drive end-to-end revenue, profitability, and pipeline through joint business plans and data-driven sales.
• Articulate global and local strategies to sell with, to, and through the Partner, creating a scalable selling ecosystem.
• Coordinate and execute HPE activities with the Partner, leveraging HPE specialists when needed.
• Lead HPE strategy, programs, and systems to accelerate financial outcomes and build partner loyalty.
