Job summary

Contentstack is seeking an experienced Partner Engineer to scale our EMEA partner ecosystem. You will own the technical relationships across 20–30 strategic partners, enable their teams, and help them architect, build, and sell Contentstack-based solutions.

You will work within the Product Experience group to shape enablement, with a focus on governance, hosting, and AI-enabled capabilities. Travel up to 25% may be required to partner sites and events.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in solutions/sales engineering or architecture in SaaS/PaaS.
• Hands-on with headless/composable architectures and APIs.
• Ability to build a prototype and use AI coding tools when needed.
• Depth in CMS/DXP, CDP, personalization, or AI agents.
• Experience enabling partners to lead technical conversations.

Responsibilities

• Own partner technical enablement: training, certification, sandbox, workshops, office hours, certification programs.
• Review partner solutions for architecture, performance, and best practices.
• Collaborate with account teams on technical discovery, architecture reviews, demos, and POCs.
• Guide integration and reference architectures across commerce, DAM, search, personalization, and data platforms.
• Advise on GDPR, data residency, and EU hosting requirements for partner solutions.
• Maintain senior technical relationships with partner solution architects and engineers.
• Capture feedback from partners and field and relay to Product and Developer Experience teams.
