Job summary

Levanta is hiring a Partner Development Representative (PDR) to grow our network of agency partners across affiliate, influencer, ecommerce marketing, and tech partnerships. You’ll identify, recruit, and onboard agencies while collaborating with internal Partner Managers to ensure smooth handoffs and long-term success.

You will own top-of-funnel activity, sourcing new agency relationships and maintaining a healthy pipeline.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in partnerships, biz dev, agency sales, or channel development with outbound prospecting.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable high-volume outreach.
• Experience cross-functionally handing leads to partner management teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit agencies (affiliate, influencer, ecommerce) matching Levanta's partner profile.
• Run outbound recruitment motions: cold outreach, discovery calls, pitches.
• Handoff qualified partners to Partner Management with clear goals and context.
• Maintain healthy pipeline and accurate CRM forecasting (HubSpot).
• Track outbound metrics: activity, pipeline, conversion, ICP fit.
