Del Oro Consulting, Inc. seeks a meticulous Partner Compliance Manager to support the client’s Global Partner Organization and Customer Success Practice Maturity Program.

You will evaluate partner customer success capabilities and convert evidence into objective assessments. The role emphasizes desk reviews, high-volume document analysis, and clear reporting to executive partners, applying the LAER framework and maintaining professional presence in remote collaborations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Auditing, Information Systems or a related field.
• 3–5 years in formal audit, compliance, quality assurance, or rigorous document-review roles.
• Understanding of Customer Success and the LAER model (Land, Adopt, Expand, Renew).
• Strong analytical skills; ability to synthesize subjective information into structured outcomes.
• Experience handling high-volume document review and operational auditing processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present to diverse audiences.
• Professional presence when interacting with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive desk reviews—document reviews, evaluation of evidence, and audits of artifacts.
• Analyze high-volume document submissions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Evaluate evidence against policy to determine if submissions meet maturity standards.
• Translate subjective language into objective, standardized assessments.
• Exercise independent judgment within established audit frameworks.
• Clearly articulate requirements, findings, and feedback to Partners and stakeholders.
• Champion LAER principles (Land, Adopt, Expand, Renew) during evaluations.
• Maintain professional presence representing the client with executive-level partners.
