Job summary

FoodWorks, a division of Compass Group, seeks a Partner Advocate to recruit, onboard, and activate partners across the United States through strong relationship-building and market development. This remote role requires travel and a focus on hospitality-driven growth.

The candidate will manage onboarding, ensure compliance, and collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Implementation teams to deliver seamless partner launches and ongoing success.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–7+ years in hospitality, restaurant ops, or related fields.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, source, and recruit new restaurant, catering, food truck, bakery, ghost kitchen, and specialty food partners across the United States.
• Own onboarding from initial commitment through launch, coordinating documentation and cross-functional steps.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Implementation teams to ensure successful partner setup and activation.
• Travel up to 25% domestically to support launches and activations.
• Maintain onboarding records and ensure compliance with health permits and food safety certs.
