Job summary

FoodWorks, a division of Compass Group USA, seeks a Partner Advocate to recruit, onboard, and activate restaurant partners across the United States. This remote role partners with iconic and independent concepts, food trucks, caterers, bakeries, and ghost kitchens to expand the national network.

Responsibilities include building a robust partner pipeline, guiding onboarding from commitment to launch, ensuring documentation compliance, and supporting market activations.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3-7+ years of hospitality, restaurant ops, business development, vendor management, recruiting, catering sales or related fields.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, source, and recruit new restaurant, catering, food truck, bakery, ghost kitchen, and specialty food partners across the United States.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline to support current needs and future growth.
• Coordinate onboarding from initial commitment through launch and activation.
• Ensure onboarding documentation and compliance across partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful partner setup and market launches.
• Build and maintain long-term partner relationships and drive engagement.
