Job summary

Chapel Hill Tire Co. is seeking a Part-Time Recruiter to source and engage candidates, focusing on passive talent and building lasting relationships within the Chapel Hill / RDU area.

The role is primarily remote with some in-person training and meetings. You will collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs, manage candidate records, and assist with onboarding paperwork as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
• At least 2 years of recruiting experience.
• Local knowledge of the Chapel Hill / Research Triangle talent market.
• Ability to work 15-25 hours per week.
• Primarily remote with occasional in-office days for training and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates, including passive talent.
• Build and maintain relationships for current and future openings.
• Conduct outreach via phone, email, and recruiting platforms.
• Represent Chapel Hill Tire at in-person recruiting events.
• Partner with internal teams to understand hiring needs.
