Job summary

The People Brand is a boutique executive search and recruiting firm specializing in apparel, footwear, accessories, and consumer goods. We are seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter / Talent Sourcer to support our team remotely on a flexible, as-needed basis.

This role focuses on candidate sourcing, pipeline development, and early-stage recruitment across active searches, with a fully remote, part-time, commission-based structure.

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates welcome; no recruiting experience required.
• Strong research skills and interest in talent acquisition.
• Comfortable navigating LinkedIn and other online research platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to learn new recruiting tools, sourcing strategies, and industry terminology.
• Interest in apparel, footwear, consumer goods, or lifestyle industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, and other sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain targeted talent pipelines aligned with client requirements.
• Conduct market research to identify relevant companies, talent pools, and prospective candidates.
• Support initial candidate outreach and engagement efforts.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and sourcing activity within our ATS.
• Partner with senior recruiters to understand position requirements and sourcing priorities.
• Participate in client intake calls, internal role briefings, and candidate debriefs as needed.
• Assist with candidate screening and preliminary qualification when appropriate.
• Share sourcing insights, market feedback, and pipeline updates with the recruiting team.
• Support additional recruiting activities as opportunities arise.
