Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs, culture, and role requirements.
• Develop and post job descriptions across platforms to attract top talent.
• Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and client teams.
• Provide guidance on hiring best practices and monitor recruitment metrics.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews.
• Travel locally to client sites as needed (Dayton, Mason, Cincinnati, Columbus, Toledo).
