Job summary

Yardzen is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused part-time Project Coordination and Sales professional to join the team remotely. You’ll blend proactive outreach with hands-on client support throughout the Yardzen experience, guiding prospective clients from inquiry through onboarding and beyond.

In this role you’ll qualify leads, manage communications across inboxes and calls, and coordinate with Design and Operations to keep projects on track, while meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, project coordination, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong phone presence with the confidence to guide both sales and service conversations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple clients, priorities, and follow-up tasks simultaneously.
• Comfortable working toward sales and performance goals.
• Proactive, resourceful, and confident resolving client concerns.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Comfortable learning and working across multiple technology platforms and internal systems.
• Experience with Hubspot

Responsibilities

• Proactively call, text, and follow up with interested leads provided by Yardzen.
• Qualify prospective clients, understand their needs, and communicate the value of Yardzen’s services.
• Convert prospective clients into Yardzen customers and work toward individual sales goals.
• Accurately track outreach, client conversations, follow-up activities, and results.
• Partner with Marketing and other cross-functional teams to strengthen messaging and improve conversion.
• Serve as a responsive point of contact for clients throughout their Yardzen experience.
• Monitor and manage client communications across assigned inboxes, phone calls, and text messages.
• Answer questions, resolve routine issues, and ensure clients receive clear and timely updates.
• Help clients understand next steps, project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones.
• Coordinate internally with Design, Operations, and other teams to keep projects moving forward.
• Identify potential project delays or client concerns and elevate more complex issues to the appropriate team member.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records in Yardzen’s internal systems.
• Create a positive, seamless experience that builds client confidence and satisfaction.
