Job summary

ProphetX is seeking a People Operations Associate to support recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, and employee records in a fast-growing environment. This part-time role is remote for USA-based candidates, with ownership of core processes and a clear path for growth.

You’ll collaborate with the Head of People Operations to manage compliance, benefits administration, and open enrollment, while leveraging AI tools and modern HRIS platforms to improve workflows.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years hands-on experience in People Operations, HR admin, or similar admin role.
• Experience with recruiting coordination, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
• Able to handle high-volume admin tasks with professional follow-up.
• Strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines with real consequences.

Responsibilities

• Support Recruiting, Onboarding & Offboarding processes.
• Manage employee files, signatures, and compliance documentation.
• Assist with benefits open enrollment and related communications.
• Help improve workflows by documenting processes and implementing small automations.
