Remote is seeking a Membership Support Representative for the United States, focusing on member account management, billing inquiries, and subscription changes. This fully remote, part-time role uses phone, live chat, email, and SMS to deliver positive customer experiences.

You'll work with a distributed team, follow documented processes, and stay up-to-date with product updates while meeting weekend coverage and customer satisfaction targets.

Competenze

• Previous customer service experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Weekend availability and flexibility for part-time shifts.
• Strong verbal and written communication across channels.
