Jobgether is partnering to fill a Membership Support Representative role for a United States-based, subscription car wash platform. This fully remote, part-time position (roughly 12–24 hours/week) requires weekend coverage and multichannel support via phone, chat, email, and SMS.

You will handle account management, billing questions, subscription changes, and app troubleshooting, document interactions, and stay updated on policy changes to ensure a positive member experience.

Qualifikationen

• Previous customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Available to work weekends on a part-time schedule.
• Strong verbal and written communication across channels.
• Proficient with computers and multiple software platforms.
• Able to work independently in a remote home office.
• Authorized to work in the United States; background checks may apply.
