Job summary

Five Star Solutions is seeking a Member Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for members, handling calls, texts, emails, and case work to ensure a positive customer experience.

This remote role is open to residents in select states. Starting pay is $14 per hour with a $1 differential for nights and weekends; hours are 7:00am–6:00pm MST, Monday–Friday; paid training typically 1–2 weeks. Full-time, benefits after 60 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year in customer service, call center, support, or case management preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; active listening.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Respond to inquiries via text, email, and other channels.
• Create, update, and manage customer cases in company systems.
• Document interactions accurately and completely.
• Resolve routine issues at first contact when possible; escalate complex ones.
• Follow processes, maintain data integrity, and meet SLA metrics.
