Pan Atlantic Foundation is seeking an International Area Representative for its High School Exchange Program. The role is flexible, part-time, and 1099, with remote work options and local travel as needed to recruit host families and engage schools.

You will guide families through the application process, conduct in-home interviews, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful student exchanges. Strong communication and community outreach are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with families, schools, and students from diverse backgrounds.
• Comfortable conducting in-home visits and interviews.

Responsabilités

• Identify and recruit prospective host families within the assigned area to support international student exchange programs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local schools to raise awareness of student exchange opportunities
• Promote public awareness of exchange programs through community outreach and engagement activities
• Guide prospective host families through the online application process on the organization's website
• Conduct in-home interviews with potential host families and verify references to ensure suitability
• Facilitate host family orientations prior to student arrival to set expectations and provide program guidance
• Perform monthly check-ins with host families and students via phone calls or in-person visits
• Document all interactions, check-ins, and progress reports accurately in the online system
