Job summary

• Familiarity with Zendesk or similar support channels.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing, processing, and maintaining undergraduate applications to ensure prompt turnaround times.
• Conducting identity verification and fraud review protocols to safeguard admissions procedures.
• Responding to applicant inquiries through Zendesk support channels.
• Maintain operations during TESU’s winter break and support onboarding and implementation meetings.
