Job summary

Thomas Edison State University seeks a part-time Regional Base Representative in Trenton, NJ to support Military and Veteran Admissions and Enrollment Services. You will respond to inquiries, assist with applications, and guide students through enrollment processes, using Colleague, Recruit CRM, and Help Desk tools.

Under supervision of the Associate Director, you will help increase enrollment and provide timely communications, reports, and coordination with other offices to improve services for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in higher education or related field.
• Master's degree may substitute for 1 year of required experience.

Responsibilities

• Increase new military-affiliated student enrollments.
• Increase reenrolled military-affiliated student enrollments.
• Schedule and present monthly admitted not registered webinars for students in assigned Recruit CRM territories.
• Assist new students with the application and registration process.
• Conduct pre-enrollment counseling to guide new prospective students and applicants.
• Guide returning inactive students through the reenrollment process.
• Participate and complete work through Colleague, Recruit CRM, and Help Desk ticket system.
• Respond to student inquiries via phone and email.
